Lisbon Metro launches telephone assistance service for broken elevators
The Lisbon Metro has introduced a dedicated telephone support line (965 980 000) for passengers to report elevator malfunctions or request assistance. Stickers with the phone number and a station-specific code will be placed at all elevators within the network, and the service is available during all operating hours.
