Government to finish year with 85 Citizen Shops and 1,200 Citizen Spaces

By the end of 2026, the government aims to have 85 'Lojas do Cidadão' and 1,200 'Espaços do Cidadão' operating across the country. The Minister Adjunct and for State Reform stated that these physical locations, alongside digital services, are intended to increase service capacity and accessibility, noting that 207 new 'Espaços do Cidadão' have already opened within the last year.
