Collective dismissals rise 16% through September, hitting highest level since 2020
Between January and September 2026, there were 479 collective dismissal notices, an increase of nearly 16% compared to the same period in 2025. While the number of notices is the highest since 2020, the total number of workers actually dismissed in these processes fell by 2.18% year-on-year to 5,294.
