"Today and in the coming days": protesters promise to return to Rossio after PSP intervention

Following a police operation to dismantle a housing protest camp in Lisbon's Rossio square, protesters decided at 07:30 on Tuesday 20 October to maintain their presence and return to the area. Police continue to block access to Praça do Rossio for both pedestrians and vehicles, and an operation was also conducted against a similar protest camp in Porto, which protesters there subsequently decided to dismantle.
