Those who did not vote for president of Brazil in Portugal must justify their absence
Brazilian citizens who did not vote in the recent presidential election must submit a justification for their absence. This can be done via the e-Título platform. The deadline for the first round is 3 December 2026, and for the second round, it is 8 January 2027.
