The marathon to define new rules for the 'Lisbon Encampment'

The 'Acampada de Lisboa' housing protest movement held its 14th assembly on Friday 30 October to vote on internal organizational changes. Participants voted to maintain the assembly's deliberative power, but decided that on days with major demonstrations and concentrations—such as Saturday 31 October—the assembly will move to a non-deliberative format focused on testimony and sharing, with safety and organizational decisions handled by a 'delegate plenary'.
