Secretary of State available to meet with housing protesters
The Secretary of State for Housing, Patrícia Gonçalves Costa, stated on Sunday, 1 November, that she is open to meeting with the organizations behind the current housing protests ('acampadas'). She emphasized that she has held over 350 meetings since the start of the current government and intends to continue the 'Construir Portugal' program focused on increasing housing supply and supporting vulnerable groups.
