President of the Republic called to intervene in the case of children without school places
The new Agency for the Management of the Educational System (AGSE), created on September 1st, is failing to process enrollments, leaving many children without assigned school places at the start of the school year. Parents report a lack of communication and inability to contact the centralized agency, with administrative services for the North now consolidated solely in Lisbon.
