Loulé delivers 36 affordable homes to residents

Loulé City Council has delivered 36 affordable rental units in the Clona Urbanization, financed by the PRR. These homes were allocated through a public lottery to young people, security force members, teachers, and middle-income families, with further lotteries planned by the municipality to continue its affordable housing programme.

One in five luxury homes in Portugal sells within a month

Data from the portal idealista for the third quarter of 2026 shows that 21% of properties listed for over €1 million sold within 30 days. The districts of Porto and Faro saw the highest activity, with roughly one in four luxury homes in each selling within that timeframe, while Lisbon followed at 17%.
