Leiria City Council keeps IMI, derrama, and IRS rates for 2027
Leiria City Council voted to maintain its municipal tax rates for 2027: the IMI (property tax) remains at 0.3%, the derrama (corporate profit tax) at 1.5%, and the municipal share of IRS (income tax) at 5%. These rates will apply to taxpayers in the municipality of Leiria throughout the 2027 fiscal year.
Why it mattersIf you are a resident or property owner in Leiria, your municipal tax burden for 2027 will remain unchanged at the current levels.
