In 2025, almost half of vacancies with incentives for doctors went unfilled
Out of the incentive-backed positions offered in 2025, 194 vacancies were filled, with one-fifth of those doctors taking on family medicine roles. Meanwhile, nearly half of the total incentive positions remained unallocated.
