Gas leak forces evacuation of several buildings in Lisbon
A major gas leak caused by accidental damage to a pipeline during road works led to the evacuation of multiple buildings on Alameda dos Oceanos in Lisbon today, 31 October. Emergency services including the PSP and municipal police cordoned off adjacent streets, and while the leak has been brought under control, traffic restrictions remain in place.
