Banks grant over 2.3 billion euros for home purchases, reaching an all-time record in July

New mortgage loans reached 2.3 billion euros in July, a historic high, alongside 491 million euros in renegotiations. The average interest rate for new loans rose to 2.96%, and the average monthly mortgage payment reached a record 441 euros—the 11th consecutive monthly increase.
