Vale Eficiência: 28,000 families initially excluded will finally receive support
The government is reopening access to the 'Vale Eficiência' energy-efficiency vouchers for 28,000 households that were previously ineligible. The online application platform opens in late November 2026, and the requirement for a technical facilitator has been removed from the process.
