SNS computer system is running again, but 'thousands of users were left without appointments and medication', says Fnam

The National Health Service (SNS) computer system, used for accessing patient records and issuing prescriptions, experienced a nationwide outage on Monday, 19 October, between 10:00 and approximately 12:30. The Ministry of Health's shared services agency (SPMS) attributed the disruption to technical constraints at its data center and stated that systems were gradually restored starting at 12:00.
