PS respects Constitutional Court's decision on asylum and return of foreigners

The Constitutional Court (TC) unanimously ruled that the legislative decree altering the rules for asylum and the return of foreign nationals is constitutional. The legislation, which was sent for preventive review by the President of the Republic following its approval in July, received no findings of unconstitutionality from the court.
