Mortgage payments rise in November for contracts with 3, 6, and 12-month Euribor

Based on a 150,000 euro loan over 30 years with a 1% spread, monthly mortgage payments will increase in November for contracts revised this month. Those on 12-month Euribor will pay 736.94 euros (+89.31 euros vs November 2025), 6-month Euribor contracts will pay 713.96 euros (+44.24 euros vs May), and 3-month Euribor contracts will pay 684.92 euros (+17.62 euros vs August).

Why it matters

If your variable-rate mortgage is scheduled for revision in November, you should expect a higher monthly payment starting from your next installment.
