Government says PRR is a "conquest" but "surgical work" remains

The government is proposing an amendment to PRR contracts, removing the clause that requires repayment of funds if projects are not completed on time, provided the contractor commits to finishing the work by 31 December 2027. This initiative aims to maintain financing for projects that are currently behind schedule as part of the ongoing certification and verification process.
