Flooding reported in Porto due to heavy rain

Heavy rain has caused localized flooding in Porto. The IPMA weather institute has placed 14 districts under a yellow warning for strong rain, hail, thunderstorms, and high winds today, Wednesday, August 26, and tomorrow, Thursday, August 27.
