Colombo shopping center requests police reinforcement following social media 'rebellion' calls
Following online calls for an alleged 'rebellion' and looting event at the Colombo center scheduled for 31 October, management requested additional police presence. The PSP monitored the situation and identified a group of ten individuals in a store, three of whom were taken to the police station for questioning while the others left the premises voluntarily.
