Amadora City Council hands over 48 affordable rental housing keys this Saturday
On Saturday 31 October, the Amadora municipality will hand over the keys to 48 public housing units in the Cerrado da Mira development, located in the Mina de Água parish. These units—comprising 46 one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments—were financed by the PRR and are intended for people who live or work in the municipality, with an average monthly rent of 463 euros and a municipal rent subsidy of 20%.
