Ukrainian military personnel arrive in Portugal for recovery and rehabilitation programme

A group of wounded Ukrainian military personnel and their families have arrived in Portugal for a two-week rehabilitation stay at the Fénix centre in Ourém. While the mission receives logistical support from the Portuguese Army, the organizing association, HelpUA.pt, is formally requesting government financial support to sustain future operations and potentially integrate treatment into the SNS health system.
