State Budget 2027: Youth IMT exemption for home purchases rises to 338,141 euros
The 2027 State Budget proposal increases the property value threshold for the 'IMT Jovem' exemption by 2.3%, raising the limit from 330,539 euros to 338,141 euros. The secondary bracket for properties costing up to 676,185 euros—where an 8% marginal tax rate applies—is also adjusted upward.
