Rules for the new Unique Social Benefit published in the Diário da República, including integration plans and attendance vouchers for social work
The government has published the ordinance defining the operational and procedural rules for the new Unique Social Benefit (Prestação Social Única). Beneficiaries must complete 20 hours of social solidarity activities per week to receive an attendance voucher, which adds 2.5% of the reference value to their benefit payment.
Why it mattersIf you are a recipient of this new social support, you must now participate in the mandatory social solidarity activities to receive the additional 2.5% payment per 20-hour block of work.
