Roads closed in the Coimbra region only reopen in 2027
Three roads in the Coimbra region, closed since storms in early 2026, are not expected to reopen until the first half of 2027. These are the ER110 in Coimbra/Penacova, the ER2 in Penacova, and the EN347 in Penela, with the EN347 project potentially starting by the end of 2026.
Why it matters
