Public Prosecutor's Office investigates suspicions regarding Lisbon City Council's housing lottery platform

The Public Prosecutor's Office (MP) is reviewing the digital platform used by Lisbon City Council for affordable housing lotteries following reports of "weaknesses" in the system. The council, which had suspended these lotteries for three months, resumed the process this Monday with a draw for 25 homes under the 'De Volta ao Bairro' initiative, claiming that security upgrades have been implemented.
