PSD and PS approve Ponta Delgada Municipal Master Plan
The municipal government approved a revision of the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) which aims to increase housing supply by allowing taller buildings and establishing a standard of three stories in most consolidated urban areas. The plan now heads to the Regional Directorate of Local Government for analysis before a final vote by the Municipal Assembly.
