Portugal allocates €30 million for farmers affected by Storm Kristin

The government has opened an exceptional aid scheme for farmers on the mainland impacted by Storm Kristin. Applications must be submitted via the IFAP (Institute for the Financing of Agriculture and Fisheries) portal by 30 October.

Why it mattersIf you are a farmer operating on the mainland in the affected sectors (annual crops, greenhouse crops, pig farming, or dairy farming), you have until 30 October to apply for this financial compensation.
