Pilots believe TAP is in good hands following Lufthansa's selection

The government selected Lufthansa for the partial privatization of TAP, accepting a proposal of 1.201 billion euros for up to 49.9% of the capital, with the transaction expected to conclude by early 2028. The Civil Aviation Pilots Union (SPAC) stated that both shortlisted bidders were solid, reference-level companies and expressed confidence in the airline's future under Lufthansa.
