Parliament approves regulations for registering and publicizing lobbyist meetings

The Assembly of the Republic has approved the regulations for the Transparency Register of Interest Representation (RTRI), requiring that lobbyists and interest representatives register and disclose meetings or interactions with parliamentary bodies and deputies. Representatives must now be registered in the RTRI to request hearings, and all interactions must be logged via a dedicated digital platform, including the date, participants, the entity represented, and the meeting's objective.
