Odivelas creates affordable rental program with rents up to 1,125 euros

The Odivelas municipality has launched the 'HABITODIVELAS' program, offering rental units to residents or workers in the municipality with intermediate incomes. Eligibility requires living or working in the council for at least two years and having a gross annual income up to 35,000 euros for individuals or 45,000 euros for couples (plus 5,000 euros per additional dependent). The program, published in the Diário da República, awards municipal housing via lottery with five-year renewable contracts.
