Mortgage payments to rise in October for contracts with 3, 6, and 12-month Euribor

Based on a 150,000-euro loan over 30 years with a 1% spread, monthly mortgage payments will increase in October for variable-rate contracts undergoing their periodic review that month. For 12-month Euribor contracts specifically, the monthly payment will rise to 737.65 euros, an increase of 91.24 euros compared to the amount paid since October 2025.
