Mortgage interest rate rises to 3.135% in July

The implicit interest rate on all mortgage contracts in Portugal rose to 3.135% in July, up from 3.101% in June. For contracts signed within the last three months, the interest rate increased from 2.853% in June to 2.910% in July.
