Medical consultation centers created for medical certificates

As of Wednesday, 2026-08-26, Local Health Units (ULS) are establishing Centers for Medical and Psychological Evaluation (CAMP). These centers are designed to centralize and specialize evaluations for purposes such as driver's license renewals, removing these administrative tasks from Primary Health Care services.

Why it mattersIf you need a medical certificate for your driver's license or other legal requirements, you may now need to visit a specific CAMP center instead of your usual primary care provider, potentially changing where and how you complete these evaluations.
