Investors to receive tax exemptions for renting homes at "moderate" rent for ten years
Investors who sign contracts with the IHRU (Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation) to lease homes for ten years at a "moderate" rent will receive full exemptions from several taxes. The properties must be rented at a maximum price of 2,300 euros per month.
