House prices rise by 18% in Portugal

National house prices rose by 18.4% year-on-year in the second quarter of 2026, reaching a median of 2,445 euros per square metre. While prices increased across all sub-regions, total sales transactions fell by 9.0% compared to the same period in 2025.
