Government increases ISP discount but cannot curb latest fuel price increase

Despite a fractional increase in the government's ISP tax discount, fuel prices are set to rise by 3.5 cents per litre for diesel and 2.5 cents per litre for petrol starting from midnight on Sunday, August 23.
