Government accused of offering 'absolute zero' on salary matters

The Frente Comum trade union rejected the Government's current position on annual salary negotiations, stating that no new financial proposals were presented beyond previously agreed terms for 2027. The Government presented a revised calendar for non-salary administrative reforms, delaying several reviews while accelerating the timeline for general career reviews to December. Union members plan to meet on 27 October to decide on potential industrial action.
