Fuel stations must display ISP discount starting October 17

Effective October 17, 2026, all fuel stations are required to clearly display the ISP (petroleum products tax) discount on their price boards. Previously, this breakdown was only mandatory on invoices, and failure to provide accurate or up-to-date information is punishable by fines ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 euros.

Why it mattersStarting October 17, you will be able to see exactly how much the tax discount is reducing the price per liter directly on the fuel station's display board, helping you better understand the final price at the pump.
