Encampments return today with gatherings in Lisbon and Porto
Following police operations in the early hours of 25 October that resulted in injuries and arrests at housing protests in Lisbon and Porto, organizers have called for new gatherings. Protesters in Lisbon are scheduled to meet at 17:00 at Praça D. Pedro IV, and those in Porto at 19:00 at Praça D. João I, to continue their demonstrations for the right to housing.
