Diabetes patients may lose medicine subsidies if their data is outdated
The Associação Protectora dos Diabéticos de Portugal (APDP) identified a technical issue where patients with outdated registration data in the system are at risk of losing their government subsidies for medication. The association is calling for a notification system so patients are warned to update their details before losing coverage.
