Deadline to pay IRS and IMI taxes is almost coming to an end

The legal deadline to pay IRS (income tax) is this Monday, August 31, 2026, though taxpayers can still request an installment plan by September 15. Additionally, the second installment of the IMI (property tax) for amounts over 500 euros must be paid in full by this Monday, August 31, 2026.
