Clock change was supposed to have ended but remains. This Sunday we enter winter time
Portugal will transition to winter time this Sunday, 25 October 2026. In mainland Portugal and Madeira, clocks should be turned back one hour from 02:00 to 01:00, while in the Azores, clocks should be turned back from 01:00 to 00:00.
Why it matters
You will need to manually adjust any non-connected clocks on Sunday morning, 25 October, and your sleep schedule will shift by one hour as the sun rises and sets an hour earlier.Diário de NotíciasRead original ↗
