The Brazilian Consulate-General is negotiating with the PSP, Lisbon City Council, the University of Lisbon, and the Alvalade Parish to coordinate security and transportation logistics for the upcoming elections. Over 78,000 Brazilian citizens are eligible to vote in Lisbon this year.
