Bolt seeks new model for shared e-scooters in Lisbon
Lisbon City Hall has approved a proposal to suspend shared e-scooter schemes in the capital by the end of 2026. Operator Bolt is calling for further negotiations, arguing that residents, who account for 78% of trips, depend on the scooters for first- and last-mile connectivity to public transport.
