Bed bug infestation forces closure of the GNR station in Vila Viçosa

The GNR Territorial Post in Vila Viçosa was closed on Friday afternoon following reports of allergic reactions among five military personnel consistent with bed bug bites. A professional disinfestation was carried out, and a new assessment is scheduled for late Saturday morning to determine if the station can safely reopen. In the meantime, services are being provided via a mobile station.
