Decree reinforcing consumer access to gas cylinders enters into force
New rules for licensing and inspecting fuel storage and supply stations take effect today, October 3rd, 2026. The legislation exempts storage parks for bottled LPG gas with a capacity of up to 1,560 cubic meters from licensing, provided safety rules are met, and simplifies administrative procedures for facility changes that do not increase risk.
