Another autumn day in summer: IPMA raises warnings to orange in the North and Centre

The Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) has placed several districts in the North and Centre under an orange alert for heavy precipitation, hail, and thunderstorms. Warnings vary by district, with Porto's orange alert for rain currently in effect until 09:00 today, while multiple other districts remain under yellow alerts for similar conditions and strong wind gusts.
