AIMA strike with 50% participation: delegations are closed and service is restricted
A strike by the Migrant Technician Union (STM) has resulted in the closure of AIMA offices in Faro and one branch in Porto as of midday today. In Lisbon, the Anjos office is operating partially, and in Odivelas, only cultural mediators are present to provide service.
Why it mattersIf you have an appointment or business at an AIMA office today, expect closures or significant delays at these locations.
