The President promulgates the Return Law after ensuring "legal certainty"

The President of the Republic has promulgated the so-called 'Return Law' regarding foreign citizens, following a unanimous ruling by the Constitutional Court that found no unconstitutionality in the diploma. The law, which had been sent by the President for preventive constitutional review on August 7th, addresses procedures for the return of foreign citizens, including provisions on the detention and expulsion of those who have not committed crimes.
